Kiss My Grits!

Mommy and Daddy took me out to breakfast at IHOP! I got to try grits for the first time - I'm not impressed! (maybe it's because Daddy took the big ball of melting butter off the top?) But, I am happy to be expanding my palate from sweet potatoes and rice cereal, etc. I got sleepy before Daddy could get any hash browns in my mouth. You know how I need my morning nap!

Just Playing Around!

These are some of the pictures Mommy took of me this week... she thinks I'm handsome! We went to the doctor for my 8 month old checkup and the doctor says I am 19 pounds and 30 inches tall. Compared to other babies, I am 50% for weight and 90% for height. So bottom line ladies, I'm tall, dark and handsome.. and I have some cute, chubby cheeks... good for grabbin'.

Creepy Crawler

I am learning how to crawl.. and I can tell you this... It's hard work! Right now, I only have one gear "reverse"... I just back up to get where I am going. In a few days or weeks, I'll learn how to move forward. Then.. it's going to get crazy in the house.. I'm going to be everywhere!

I like to wear my Tampa Bay Lightning PJ's. I haven't decided what I want to be when I grow up, but Mommy says her friend Nigel is the video coach for the Lightning and he could get me a job. Goalie, eh?

Woah! It's Like Being At An Amusement Park!

Now that I can sit up on my own.. I like to lean forward on my swing, especially when it's going fast. What a rush!

Grandma Came To Visit; She Tried To Take Me Home In A Box!

Just kidding! But, we did have fun playing in this big box... Grandma pulled me all around the house and it was a really good workout for my abs, because I had to sit up very straight!
